HR Business Partners

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR consultant and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters in Rajkot.
• Lead and implement effective employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment within Kotak Mahindra Bank.
• Oversee talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention programs for diverse employee groups.
• Drive the performance management cycle, ensuring fair and objective evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating employee growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadership, to ensure HR programs meet business needs.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing expert advice and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and continuously improve HR programs and services.
• Facilitate learning and development opportunities, coaching managers and employees to enhance their capabilities and career progression.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 9 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant focus on the HR Business Partner model.
• Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or a large corporate sector is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in key HR functions including employee engagement, talent management, and performance management.
• Proven ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts clearly.
• A strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
