Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to recruitment, retention, compensation, performance, and other key HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define reporting requirements, understand business questions, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data across various systems and reports.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various HR information systems.
• Support the implementation of HR technology solutions and data integration projects.
• Prepare and present analytical findings, reports, and presentations to HR leadership and other business leaders, communicating complex data in an understandable format.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or specific HR BI Analyst role.
• Strong proficiency with at least one leading BI tool, such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of HR functions, processes, and data concepts (e.g., employee lifecycle, compensation, benefits).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful insights for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with data governance and best practices for data management.
