Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless integration into Ridown Technology.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing queries, concerns, and promoting a supportive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employee files, and HR database information.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, collaborating closely with finance and external providers.
- Support performance management cycles, training and development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Associate.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Indian labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
