Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate critical HR MIS reports covering headcount, attrition rates, hiring turnaround time (TAT), and productivity metrics.
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards using advanced Excel functionalities, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and Power Query, to visualize HR data effectively.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce trends, identifying patterns and providing valuable insights to HR leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Track and report on various recruitment metrics such as source efficiency, offer drop rates, and time-to-hire to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Support payroll data reconciliation and assist in compensation analysis to ensure accuracy and fairness across the organization.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks and data extraction processes using Excel Macros or Power Query to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or MIS Reporting roles.
• Mandatory advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Power Query.
• Demonstrated experience working with HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox, Keka, SuccessFactors, or similar systems.
• Possess a strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• (Bonus) Knowledge or experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and/or SQL for database querying.
