Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of indoor and outdoor plant maintenance, ensuring optimal growth and health.
• Implement and monitor effective irrigation and fertilization schedules tailored to various plant species and environmental conditions.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and manage common pests, plant diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Supervise, train, and mentor the horticulture team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Coordinate seamlessly with clients, external vendors, and internal maintenance teams to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site inspections, prepare detailed operational reports, and maintain meticulous records of all activities.
• Uphold and enhance quality standards across all horticulture and landscape management activities, striving for continuous improvement.
• Develop and apply strong knowledge of ornamental plants, their propagation, and care requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or Agriculture from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in horticulture and landscape operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in plant health management, including pest, disease, and nutrient deficiency identification and treatment.
• Proven experience in team handling, supervision, and leadership within a horticulture setting.
• Excellent client and vendor coordination skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing plant health and maintenance issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with exceptional communication skills.
