Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the entire Human Resources function, providing strategic direction and operational oversight across a diverse portfolio of hospital units throughout Western India.
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, translating business goals into robust people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and sustainable growth.
- Drive excellence in talent acquisition, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier medical and administrative professionals to support the group's expansion and service quality.
- Enhance employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment that resonates with healthcare professionals.
- Design and implement comprehensive performance management systems and robust succession planning frameworks to identify and nurture future leaders within the organization.
- Lead leadership development programs, empowering managers and senior staff with the skills necessary to excel in a demanding healthcare landscape.
- Ensure stringent HR compliance with all labor laws and healthcare regulations, while optimizing workforce planning to meet the evolving demands of the hospital group.
- Cultivate a strong, high-performance culture by leading and mentoring regional HR teams, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Oversee all aspects of organizational effectiveness, implementing strategies that enhance productivity, collaboration, and operational excellence across all units.
Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is essential.
- A minimum of 18 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years explicitly in a senior leadership capacity within the dynamic hospital or healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated experience currently serving as a Regional HR Head, Cluster HR Head, Zonal HR Head, or a comparable senior HR leadership role within a reputable hospital chain.
- Exceptional business partnering capabilities, showcasing the ability to influence stakeholders and integrate HR strategy seamlessly with business operations.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, adept at building strong relationships with employees, leadership, and external partners.
- Extensive experience in multi-unit HR leadership, managing diverse teams and implementing consistent HR policies and practices across geographically dispersed locations.
- Deep understanding of HR compliance, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development within a large-scale enterprise.
