Group Senior Manager - Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust quality assurance strategy and roadmap for enterprise-level applications, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead the transformation of QA practices across multiple teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of advanced test automation frameworks and tools, significantly increasing automation coverage.
• Oversee the entire software testing lifecycle, including functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing for complex systems.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of SDETs and QA engineers, fostering their growth and enhancing their technical capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and operations teams to embed quality throughout the entire software development process.
• Establish key quality metrics, monitor performance, and provide insightful reports on the overall quality posture of software products.
• Champion best practices in software development, including CI/CD integration, code quality, and advanced testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Software Testing, with a significant focus on SDET and leadership roles in quality assurance.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale QA transformations and successfully implementing modern quality engineering practices.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools like Selenium or similar.
• Strong understanding of API Testing (REST API), database testing (SQL), and various performance testing methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and practical knowledge of project management tools commonly used in agile environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
