Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging visual content for diverse digital marketing channels, including dynamic social media posts, captivating banners, and impactful advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to fully understand project requirements and translate strategic objectives into innovative and effective design solutions.
• Ensure that all graphic designs strictly adhere to DigiGyor's established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency, exceptional quality, and visual integrity across all deliverables.
• Develop fresh, innovative, and creative concepts for a wide array of marketing creatives, constantly pushing the boundaries of visual communication and design excellence.
• Manage multiple graphic design projects simultaneously, overseeing the entire process from initial conceptualization through to final execution, while consistently ensuring timely delivery within established deadlines.
• Provide expert design support and creative input for both internal and external communication materials as and when required.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, software, and techniques within the industry to continuously enhance our visual output and refine our overall design strategy.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a fast-paced marketing agency or a similar digital environment.
• Proven proficiency in industry-standard design software, specifically including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Possess a strong, diverse, and compelling portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical prowess, and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality graphic design work across various mediums.
• Excellent foundational understanding of core design principles, encompassing branding, typography, color theory, effective layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Demonstrate a highly creative mindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and unwavering accuracy in all design outputs.
• Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a collaborative team in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present, articulate, and defend design concepts and their underlying rationale to various stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related creative field is highly preferred.
