Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives, defining the optimal user experience.
• Lead the entire design process from initial concept and ideation through to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and delightful user interface.
• Develop and present user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, effectively communicating design concepts and interactions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs, continuously improving the user experience based on data-driven insights.
• Translate complex functional requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing visual designs, maintaining brand consistency and design system guidelines.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle, advocating for the end-user in all design decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/UX design skills, showcasing a range of projects from concept to completion, with a focus on problem-solving and user-centric solutions.
• Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field. Graduates from institutions like NID, MIT ID, NIFT, or equivalent design programs are highly preferred.
• Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of fundamental design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and information architecture.
• Experience with conducting user research, creating personas, journey mapping, and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
