We are seeking bright and dedicated individuals with a strong foundation in Electrical or Electronics and Telecommunication engineering, ready to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the comprehensive design and layout of Solar PV systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform accurate wiring and cable sizing calculations for various solar installations, prioritizing safety and reliability.
• Generate precise Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and Bills of Material (BOM), alongside other essential technical documentation for projects.
• Coordinate effectively with internal project, installation, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution and timely completion of solar energy projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and technical documentation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Telecommunication (B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / ENTC).
• This opportunity is primarily for recent graduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches.
• Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting; candidates must demonstrate strong drafting skills.
• Solid foundational knowledge of basic electrical engineering principles and concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and documentation.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
