GoLang Lead

Kimshuka is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced GoLang Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This pivotal role requires a seasoned backend developer with a robust understanding of scalable architecture and proficiency in modern frontend technologies. As a GoLang Lead, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance applications, contributing significantly to our innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable backend services using GoLang.
• Architect and maintain highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems, ensuring high performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that align with business goals.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and adherence to best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability.
• Implement and manage various database solutions including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Ensure stringent code quality through comprehensive automated testing, thorough code reviews, and adherence to clean coding principles.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge practices in system design, architecture, and version control using Git and GitHub.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with significant expertise in Go programming language.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Svelte, or SvelteKit.
• Demonstrated experience with scalable system design and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in database technologies including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Solid understanding of REST and GraphQL API design, development, and implementation.
• Familiarity with various web rendering techniques like SSR, CSR, SPA, and SSG.
• Proven experience with automated testing, clean coding practices, and version control systems like Git and GitHub.
• Candidates must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate for in-person interviews.
