Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy innovative Generative AI models and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
• Engineer and optimize AI-driven agents and sophisticated automation workflows to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct rigorous research and experimentation with emerging AI technologies, including prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Integrate advanced AI solutions seamlessly into existing products and platforms using robust API frameworks.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality AI products.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of all AI deployments, maintaining high standards for code quality and documentation.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to continuously enhance our capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience as a Generative AI Expert, with a strong portfolio showcasing work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI product development.
• Exceptional programming proficiency in Python, coupled with experience in relevant AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying and managing AI models and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of core machine learning concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with developing and integrating APIs (e.g., REST API) for AI-powered applications.
• Demonstrated ability to be an immediate joiner, adapt quickly, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
