Key Responsibilities (for Partnering Vendors)

• Proactively identify, onboard, and maintain a readily available bench of highly skilled AI/GenAI professionals.
• Ensure all presented consultants undergo thorough pre-vetting processes, confirming both technical proficiency and professional readiness.
• Facilitate the seamless deployment of experienced AI/GenAI consultants for various contract staffing opportunities across India.
• Collaborate effectively with WeGro Tech Consulting to deeply understand project-specific requirements and client needs.
• Manage all aspects of consultant engagement logistics, including timely placements and adherence to contractual agreements.
• Provide regular updates on consultant availability and emerging skill sets within your talent pool.

Requirements (for Consultants Provided by Vendors)

• A minimum of 5-10 years of demonstrable professional experience in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI development, implementation, and deployment.
• Extensive expertise in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
• Profound understanding and practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI Agents & Agentic AI concepts.
• Hands-on proficiency with leading AI frameworks and libraries, including LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong capabilities in Prompt Engineering and a clear grasp of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Prior experience utilizing Vector Databases like Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, and Qdrant.
• Exceptional programming skills, particularly in Python, coupled with experience in frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud's Vertex AI, and Amazon Bedrock on AWS.
• Proven ability in AI Workflow Automation, development of Knowledge Graphs, AI Chatbots, and Copilots.
• Comprehensive experience with MLOps and LLMOps practices, leveraging tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable AI deployments.
