Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging AI-generated videos tailored for diverse platforms including marketing campaigns, social media, and brand promotions.
• Generate realistic and stylized images and visual assets efficiently, based on precise creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain consistent characters, environments, and distinctive visual styles across all generative AI outputs.
• Master prompt engineering, crafting and refining prompts to achieve specific, high-quality visual results from AI models.
• Edit, enhance, and meticulously polish AI-generated footage into final, professional-grade videos ready for deployment.
• Integrate sophisticated motion design, seamless transitions, and impactful visual effects to elevate storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with business and marketing teams to conceptualize ideas and transform them into strong, cohesive visual content.
• Ensure all creative assets uphold and reinforce FatakPay's brand consistency and visual identity.
• Actively research and experiment with emerging AI workflows, tools, and techniques to continuously improve content quality, production speed, and overall creativity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in advertising, digital media production, or content creation, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable strong knowledge and understanding of short-form content formats, including Reels, Shorts, and digital advertisements.
• Exceptional motion design sensibility and a proven ability to create dynamic, engaging visual sequences that capture attention.
• Hands-on, practical experience with AI-based image and video generation workflows and platforms.
• A strong command of prompt engineering principles and the ability to provide clear, effective visual direction to AI tools.
• Proficiency with industry-standard video editing and motion graphics tools, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• A deep understanding of fundamental visual principles including composition, lighting, timing, pacing, and compelling storytelling.
