Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with client organizations to thoroughly analyze and understand their existing business processes and operational challenges.
• Identify, conceptualize, and design innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases that effectively address identified business problems and create significant value.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy advanced Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions, including sophisticated Large Language Model (LLM) applications, intelligent AI agents, and robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of developed AI solutions into client workflows and existing technological ecosystems.
• Provide expert technical support and insights during the sales and pre-sales processes, articulating the value and technical capabilities of our AI offerings to prospective clients.
• Continuously research and stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and broader Artificial Intelligence fields to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions using Generative AI tools and frameworks, such as OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, or AutoGen.
• Practical experience in building, working with, or implementing AI agents and agentic workflows to automate tasks and decision-making processes.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, coupled with a deep understanding of LLM (Large Language Model) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage confidently and effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Computer Science (BSc CS/IT), Computer Applications (BCA, MCA), or a related technical field.
• Relevant certifications in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or applied Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning are highly preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in an AI-focused role, preferably involving client interaction or solution delivery.
