Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive testing of mobile games on both Android and iOS platforms to identify and report defects.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, user interface (UI), gameplay, and regression testing, to ensure all game features meet design specifications.
• Accurately identify, document, and reproduce bugs using structured bug reporting methodologies, providing clear and concise information to developers.
• Verify bug fixes and conduct thorough retesting to ensure resolved issues remain fixed and do not introduce new problems.
• Systematically test different game features, levels, and mechanics to guarantee a consistent and enjoyable user experience.
• Collaborate closely with game developers, designers, and project managers to understand game mechanics, testing requirements, and overall project goals.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of detailed test cases, test plans, and other QA documentation.
• Ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and stability before release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech), Engineering (B.E.), Computer Applications (BCA), Computer Science (B.Sc. IT/CS), or an equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Game QA, or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Profound interest in mobile gaming and a keen understanding of various game genres and user expectations.
• Exceptional observation skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of identifying subtle anomalies and inconsistencies.
• Basic knowledge of manual testing principles and familiarity with bug reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work five days a week from our Dehradun office, demonstrating dedication to project timelines and goals.
