Fullstack Engineer

FirstCall HR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on our innovative Agentic Finance Platform. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated user interfaces and robust backend APIs that drive our next-generation financial solutions. Based in Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon, or Pune, India, you will play a crucial part in building a platform that enhances efficiency and decision-making for finance professionals through advanced AI integration.

Your expertise in both frontend and backend development will be essential in creating intuitive tools for finance reviewers, exception management, tenant onboarding, and critical platform administration. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) worklist UI, empowering finance reviewers to efficiently manage tasks, inspect AI recommendations, and make informed approval/rejection decisions.
• Build a comprehensive exception management dashboard, providing real-time insights into exception queues, aging, priority, and resolution history with detailed drill-down capabilities.
• Implement the tenant onboarding and connector configuration UI, enabling implementation consultants to visually configure ERP connections (SAP, Oracle, D365) and manage field mappings using Angular CDK.
• Develop the platform administration UI, covering approval matrix management, business rules configuration, user and role management, and SLA threshold settings per tenant.
• Construct robust reporting and analytics dashboards to surface key platform KPIs such such as STP rate, first-pass match rate, exception aging, and rework rate, with flexible filtering options.
• Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs using .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core) to seamlessly connect UI interactions with underlying platform services for orchestration, workflows, and audit trails.
• Integrate with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) to enforce stringent authentication, role-based access control, tenant isolation, and audit trail requirements at the API layer.
• Collaborate closely with AI and backend engineers to effectively surface LLM-generated recommendations, confidence scores, and agent reasoning within the Angular UI, optimizing human review processes.
• Ensure robust frontend observability through client-side error tracking (Azure Application Insights), performance monitoring, and usage analytics to continuously improve user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional fullstack engineering experience with a strong focus on enterprise-grade applications.
• Exceptional proficiency in Angular for frontend development and .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core) for backend services.
• Solid expertise in TypeScript, applied across both frontend and backend development contexts.
• Demonstrable experience with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL, including data modeling, partitioning strategies, indexing, and query optimization for high-throughput workloads.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud identity and access management solutions, specifically Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and deployment.
