Full Stack Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of highly scalable and reliable full-stack applications.
• Architect and develop robust back-end services using Python frameworks like FastAPI and Django.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Oversee database design and management with PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Integrate and manage cloud services, particularly Azure Services, for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, perform rigorous code reviews, and advocate for best practices in software development.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the team and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on leadership roles.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including React and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Python and its frameworks such as FastAPI and Django.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms, especially Azure Services.
• Proven track record of technical leadership, project ownership, and mentoring development teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
