Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, React, and JavaScript, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Drive complex data migration projects from Oracle to SQL Server, including schema conversion, data transformation, and validation processes.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain comprehensive Power BI reports and interactive dashboards to provide critical business intelligence and data visualization.
• Architect, implement, and manage cloud-native solutions and services within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, leveraging various Azure offerings.
• Spearhead legacy application modernization and conversion initiatives, ensuring adherence to Section 508 accessibility standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Implement and enforce robust CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Git and Azure DevOps for version control, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 14 years of hands-on professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack application development.
• Exceptional proficiency in .NET Core, C#, React, and JavaScript, with a proven track record of building complex web applications.
• Extensive experience with database technologies, including expert-level knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle, and significant experience in data migration strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying reports using Power BI.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with modern development tools and methodologies, including Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience working on projects for government agencies or in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
