As a key member of our engineering team, the Full-Stack Developer will primarily focus on backend development, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and high-performance applications, ensuring system reliability and scalability. Your contributions will directly impact our product's success and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and core functionalities using Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js.
• Develop and implement highly scalable, performant, and secure RESTful APIs.
• Work extensively with relational databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal application performance and reliability.
• Contribute to frontend development efforts using React, providing support and ensuring seamless integration when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience in Full-Stack Development, with a strong backend focus.
• Proven expertise with Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js for building scalable backend applications.
• Solid understanding of API design principles, system architecture, and software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrable experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies, particularly React, is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent debugging skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving development practices.
