As a key member of our engineering department, the Full Stack AI Developer will be instrumental in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and maintenance. You will be responsible for creating robust and intuitive user interfaces, developing efficient and secure backend services, and seamlessly integrating advanced AI/ML models into our core products. Your work will directly contribute to the evolution of our platform, enhancing user experiences and unlocking new possibilities through intelligent features. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end full-stack web applications that elegantly incorporate sophisticated AI functionalities.
• Architect and implement robust front-end user interfaces (UI/UX) using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and an exceptional user experience.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance back-end services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js, focusing on data integrity, security, and efficiency.
• Integrate various AI/ML models, algorithms, and data pipelines into production systems, optimizing for inference speed and model accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with product management, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of features.
• Participate actively in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and uphold high standards of code quality and software engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Contribute to comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and deployment guides.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Expert-level proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and a strong command of React.js.
• Extensive experience with back-end development using Node.js and the Express.js framework.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs effectively.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, including model deployment and integration.
• Proficiency in database management systems, specifically MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
