Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain highly responsive, interactive, and visually stunning user interfaces for web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to effectively translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, functional code.
• Implement complex animations and engaging interactive elements, leveraging libraries such as GSAP and Three.js to significantly enhance the overall user experience.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable JavaScript code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility across various devices and platforms.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance of all web applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in front-end development to ensure our tech stack remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience gained through robust project work.
• 1-3 years of proven professional experience as a Front-End Developer, evidenced by a strong portfolio showcasing your work on live projects.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), coupled with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the React and Next.js frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing intricate animations using libraries like GSAP and working with 3D graphics libraries such as Three.js to create immersive experiences.
• Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3, along with a strong grasp of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, and a collaborative workflow using platforms like GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment.
