Key Responsibilities

• Translate intricate Figma design files into clean, semantic, and highly responsive HTML5 and CSS3, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy across various browsers and devices.
• Develop and integrate user interface components using React, building scalable and maintainable front-end applications.
• Collaborate closely with our UI/UX designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experience.
• Implement robust responsive design principles to guarantee optimal viewing and interaction across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Write high-quality, well-documented, and testable code following best practices for front-end development.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot UI-related issues, debugging and resolving them efficiently to maintain application integrity.
• Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, continuously improving our development processes and product offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end web development, demonstrating a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Proven expertise in converting complex Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid working experience with React, including component-based architecture and state management.
• Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), alongside deep knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS/LESS) and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind or traditional frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews).
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX practices and an ability to deliver high-quality user interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize front-end code efficiently.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with team members.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration within a distributed team.
