Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Founder across critical areas including fundraising, business development, and strategic project management.
• Lead and coordinate investor outreach initiatives, preparing compelling materials and presentations to secure funding and build strong relationships.
• Drive key business development activities, identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding Uravu Labs' market presence.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and strategic decks, providing essential analytical support for decision-making and investor communications.
• Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operational tasks, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of the organization.
• Proactively identify and solve complex business challenges, transforming strategic concepts into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Contribute significantly to the overall strategy and operational planning as Uravu Labs scales its commercial deployments and future growth phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-impact role, preferably within a startup, consulting, investment banking, or a similar strategic function.
• Demonstrated ability to build sophisticated financial models and create compelling presentations (proficiency in tools like Excel is essential).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to synthesize complex information.
• Strong project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with investors, partners, and internal teams.
