Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust firmware for storage products, with a strong focus on the Storage Domain.
• Drive firmware architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability for enterprise and data center storage solutions.
• Perform hands-on embedded software development using C/C++ for low-level system programming.
• Specialize in NVMe and SATA protocols, contributing to the development of advanced storage controllers.
• Conduct in-depth debugging and troubleshooting of complex firmware issues across various storage architectures.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a team of firmware engineers.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to define specifications and integrate firmware components seamlessly.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in firmware design, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in firmware and embedded software development, with mandatory and strong expertise in the Storage Domain.
• Exceptional proficiency in C/C++ programming languages for embedded systems.
• Extensive experience with storage protocols and technologies such as NVMe, SATA, and Storage Controllers.
• Demonstrated expertise in storage architecture design, low-level debugging, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of enterprise and data center storage requirements and environments.
