Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of company performance, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers that influence business outcomes.
• Prepare and meticulously analyze financial statements, management reports, and specifically XBRL filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist actively in the annual budgeting process and continuous financial forecasting, providing critical data to support strategic decision-making across departments.
• Interpret complex financial data to provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior management, aiding in operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams, including accounting and operations, to gather financial information, streamline processes, and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for various scenarios, including investment analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and new project evaluations.
• Ensure strict adherence to all financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of financial governance.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a strong specialization in Finance from a recognized institution.
• Proven professional experience ranging from 0 to 5 years, with significant exposure to and practical experience in XBRL being a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of financial concepts and findings to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Superior analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using financial software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas) are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
