Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with a diverse portfolio of merchants in the field to provide comprehensive service, support, and relationship management for our range of fintech products and services.
• Conduct extensive daily site visits and travel efficiently within your designated geographical area in Pune to proactively address merchant needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of fintech solutions.
• Effectively manage and promptly resolve all merchant inquiries, technical issues, and service requests, ensuring maximum satisfaction and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Represent ITFMS with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our valued clients.
• Oversee the proper functioning, maintenance, and routine servicing of various fintech devices, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other related financial technology infrastructure at merchant locations.
• Provide basic diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical assistance for hardware and software components of our financial technology solutions.
• Actively gather valuable feedback from merchants regarding their experience with our products and services, contributing insights that drive continuous service improvement and future product development strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all field activities, merchant interactions, service resolutions, and inventory management through our internal systems.
• Educate merchants on new features, product updates, and best practices to maximize their utilization of ITFMS fintech offerings.

Requirements

• Must be within the age bracket of 18 to 34 years.
• A strong financial standing demonstrated by a credit score of 700 or above is a mandatory requirement.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler is essential, along with a valid driving license and willingness to utilize it for extensive daily travel within the Pune region.
• Proven comfort and adaptability to an intensive fieldwork role involving significant daily travel and direct client interaction.
• Educational qualification of at least 12th Pass with relevant prior experience in a customer-facing or field service role, or a recent Graduate eager to commence a career as a fresher.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle diverse merchant interactions diplomatically and effectively.
