Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned facility, ensuring all activities run smoothly and align with company standards and client expectations.
• Proactively coordinate with various external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services, including cleaning, security, and specialized maintenance.
• Implement and oversee both preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime and extending the lifespan of facility assets effectively.
• Ensure strict adherence to all statutory compliance requirements, maintain rigorous safety protocols, and uphold high housekeeping standards across the premises.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client requirements, providing prompt support and effective solutions to ensure overall client satisfaction and smooth site operations.
• Monitor utility consumption, conduct regular facility inspections, and prepare comprehensive operational reports for management review.
• Assist in budget management for facility-related expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
• Promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety drills and ensuring all staff comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Graduate degree is preferred for this Facility Executive role, demonstrating foundational knowledge in relevant fields.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required for reporting, documentation, and various administrative tasks.
• Prior experience in facility management is preferred, showcasing a practical understanding of facility operations and best practices.
• Freshers with strong relevant skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn are also strongly encouraged to apply.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities in a dynamic environment.
