As an Executive - Industrial Engineering, you will be instrumental in optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will apply your expertise in areas such as time and motion studies, capacity planning, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to enhance our operational performance and uphold Schaeffler's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed Time & Motion Studies to identify inefficiencies and optimize work methods and sequences.
• Perform Line Balancing activities to ensure smooth production flow and maximize output.
• Develop and implement Capacity Planning strategies to meet production demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Drive Productivity Improvement projects through process analysis and bottleneck identification.
• Monitor and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through data analysis and root cause identification.
• Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives using various lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
• Utilize SAP and SAP HANA for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization within the industrial engineering domain.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of new manufacturing lines and product industrialization processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of proven experience in industrial engineering roles within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Time & Motion Study, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, and Productivity Improvement techniques.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with OEE and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using SAP and SAP HANA for enterprise resource planning and data management.
• Certification in MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
