Executive- Fulfilment Center

Flipkart, India's leading e-commerce giant, is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive - Fulfilment Center to join its expanding Operations & Supply Chain team. This critical role, based in Sanpka, Gurgoan, is perfect for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management who is ready to take on significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive - Fulfilment Center, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, playing a pivotal role in delivering Flipkart's promise of speed and reliability to millions of customers across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the daily processing of both inbound and outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage within the fulfilment center.
• Implement and monitor stringent quality control measures for all incoming materials, ensuring compliance with company standards and product integrity.
• Manage and maintain robust Warehouse Order Management (WOM) systems, alongside comprehensive inventory control and reconciliation processes to minimize discrepancies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of Supervisors and a large task force, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs within the fulfilment center.
• Ensure strict adherence to all operational guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast demands, and make informed decisions to optimize warehouse operations and resource allocation.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Possess 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in a fulfilment center, warehouse operations, or logistics environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with prior experience in managing and motivating a team of supervisors and a large operational workforce.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with various stakeholders and articulating complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
