Executive & Analyst

UPL, a global leader in sustainable agriculture, is actively seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join our finance team as Executive & Analyst in the critical domains of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). As an Executive & Analyst at UPL, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing key financial cycles, contributing directly to our operational excellence. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of transactions, accurate financial reporting, and efficient procurement processes, supporting UPL's mission to foster sustainable growth worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end processes within Order-to-Cash (OTC), including sales order processing, invoicing, accounts receivable management, and cash application to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.
• Oversee Record-to-Report (RTR) activities such as general ledger entries, journal postings, month-end and year-end close procedures, balance sheet reconciliations, and the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Handle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, encompassing purchase requisition processing, vendor invoice validation, accounts payable management, and ensuring adherence to procurement policies.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, identify discrepancies, and provide insights to improve process efficiency and compliance across OTC, RTR, and P2P functions.
• Collaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries, streamline workflows, and ensure robust financial controls.
• Utilize SAP and Advanced Excel extensively for data processing, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Contribute to the implementation of best practices in finance operations and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall financial performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis roles, specifically within OTC, RTR, or P2P domains.
• Demonstrable proficiency in SAP ERP systems, particularly in relevant modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM), is highly preferred.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques, is essential for this Executive & Analyst role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, management, and external partners.
• Flexibility to work in night shifts as required to align with global business operations and time zones.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is typically expected.
