Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and deployment of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Assist with user provisioning and de-provisioning processes across various systems, maintaining accuracy and adherence to security policies.
• Participate in regular access review activities, identifying and rectifying unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for identity security processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and team members to troubleshoot and resolve identity-related security issues.
• Engage in continuous learning and training on various identity tools and technologies, enhancing your technical skill set.
• Provide foundational support for daily operational tasks within the Identity Security domain.

Requirements

• A fresher or entry-level professional with 0-1 year of experience, ideally including an internship in Cyber Security or Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and principles, demonstrating an understanding of basic threats and defenses.
• Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively within a team.
• Preferred certifications include ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-900 / AZ-900, Identity Security & Authentications Foundations, or PAM Fundamentals.
• Ability to work full-time from our Mumbai office.
