Engagement Manager

Staffing Comrade is actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading the successful delivery of complex AI/ML solutions and consulting engagements across various domains. As an Engagement Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project objectives are met, and fostering long-term relationships through exceptional service and deep technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solution projects, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Act as the primary client interface, understanding their business needs, defining project scope, and managing expectations effectively.
• Oversee analytics delivery, ensuring data-driven insights are actionable and aligned with client objectives.
• Provide expert consulting on AI/ML strategies, including Generative AI concepts and classical AI/ML techniques.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in AI/ML model building and deployment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and expanding our service offerings.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, mitigating risks and ensuring project profitability.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and thought leadership in AI/ML solutions and client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 10 to 16 years of progressive experience in engagement management, project management, or consulting roles, specifically within AI/ML or data science.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML solutions, including proficiency with classical AI/ML techniques and Generative AI concepts.
• Strong background in Data Science and model building, with hands-on experience in deploying analytical solutions.
• Demonstrable multi-domain expertise, particularly within supply chain operations, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
