Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meticulous and data-driven energy audit reports, clearly outlining energy consumption analysis results and providing actionable recommendations for optimal energy cost savings.
• Conduct thorough technical feasibility studies for various energy-saving measures, applying in-depth knowledge of engineering principles, energy production, consumption patterns, construction, maintenance, and complex system operations.
• Systematically analyze historical energy usage data from utility bills, including detailed examination of utility rates and tariffs, to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Perform comprehensive inspections and evaluations of diverse utility consumer equipment, industrial processes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and overall process systems to precisely determine the energy consumption of each component and system.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and technological upgrades to enhance overall energy performance and reduce operational costs for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to implement recommended energy efficiency solutions and monitor their effectiveness post-implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive professional experience as an Energy Auditor, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrable familiarity with auditing various industrial utility systems, including but not limited to steam, condensate, hot water, cooling water, chilled water, compressed air, and power plants.
• Possession of a BEE Certified Energy Auditor certification is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Previous experience with electrical system audits is an added advantage.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex technical data.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills to effectively convey technical information and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel across domestic and overseas locations to conduct on-site energy audits.
