Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive electronic maintenance, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting on heavy machinery, particularly large-scale cranes.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of electronic components and systems.
• Ensure precise calibration of all electronic systems, including Load Moment Indicator (LMI) systems, to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
• Work extensively with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Controller Area Network (CAN Bus) systems for diagnostics and operational optimization.
• Provide expert support for various LMI systems, including but not limited to PAT, Hirschmann, LICCON, and Grove ECOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex electronic and mechatronic issues.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and calibrations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Stay abreast of advancements in electronics engineering, heavy machinery technology, and industrial automation to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics, Electronics & Communication (E&C), Mechatronics, or Instrumentation.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in electronic maintenance, preferably within heavy machinery, industrial automation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong command and practical experience with PLC and CAN Bus systems.
• Hands-on proficiency with various LMI systems, such as PAT, Hirschmann, LICCON, or Grove ECOS.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for preventive maintenance and intricate troubleshooting.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a demanding industrial environment.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
