Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generate leads, and develop a robust pipeline through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Effectively present and demonstrate CAONWEB's products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
• For Service Executive roles (also open), responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a strong desire to start a career in sales; freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Immediate availability to join our team in Jaipur is preferred.
