Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of educational programmes, including workshops, conferences, and outreach initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, principals, teachers, and students, to foster collaboration and maximize program reach.
• Manage all logistical aspects of educational events, from venue selection and registration processes to coordinating speakers, judges, and the timely distribution of certificates.
• Develop and implement compelling social media plans and content strategies to effectively promote educational programmes and engage target audiences across various platforms.
• Maintain and meticulously update comprehensive databases of schools, colleges, and academic institutions throughout the UAE and the broader Arab region.
• Actively support membership engagement and broader stakeholder relationship management initiatives to enhance community involvement and program impact.
• Oversee and coordinate the involvement of interns, volunteers, and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective resource utilization for program success.
• Generate insightful reports on program performance, engagement metrics, and outreach effectiveness to inform future strategies and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Education Coordination, Academic Outreach, Event Management, or Programme Management, demonstrating a successful track record in similar roles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse groups.
• Fluency and professional proficiency in both English and Arabic, essential for effective communication across the UAE and the wider Arab region.
• Prior experience working directly with schools, colleges, or other educational institutions, understanding their needs and operational dynamics.
• Strong research, analytical reporting, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working within the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of local educational landscapes and cultural nuances.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, capable of thriving in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
