E-Commerce Account Manager – Amazon

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and optimize Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts for both Amazon.com and Amazon.in, ensuring full compliance with Amazon’s policies and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive strategies for product listing creation, content optimization, and A+ content development to maximize search ranking, visibility, and conversion rates.
• Design, execute, and monitor highly effective Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, performing thorough analysis of performance data to achieve optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and drive targeted traffic.
• Conduct in-depth sales and performance analysis, identifying key trends, market opportunities, and areas for improvement across all product lines to inform strategic decision-making.
• Stay abreast of competitor activities, industry trends, and Amazon algorithm changes to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies and promotional activities.
• Generate regular, detailed reports on account performance, sales metrics, advertising effectiveness, and inventory status for internal stakeholders.
• Manage inventory levels and forecasting accurately to prevent stock-outs, reduce excess inventory, and ensure smooth order fulfillment processes on Amazon platforms.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on, demonstrable experience in managing Amazon Seller and/or Vendor accounts, specifically with Amazon.com and Amazon.in marketplaces.
• Proven expertise in utilizing Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central platforms for various operational and strategic tasks.
• Strong understanding of product listing best practices, Amazon SEO principles, and advanced content optimization techniques.
• Extensive experience with Amazon PPC campaign setup, management, optimization, and performance analysis is essential for this E-Commerce Account Manager role.
• High proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with advanced skills in MS Excel for manipulating, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven, and constantly evolving e-commerce environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a closely related field is preferred.
