As a Dotnet Developer/Lead at Iris Software Inc., you will be instrumental in architecting and delivering high-performance, enterprise-level applications. You will work within an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge .NET applications and systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Architect, implement, and manage robust microservices-based solutions, adhering to best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code using C# within the .NET framework, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Oversee the integration and optimization of SQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval for application backends.
• Utilize and manage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying, scaling, and managing application infrastructure.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
• Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing, deployment, and support.

Requirements

• 7 to 9.8 years of progressive, hands-on experience in software development, with a significant focus as a .NET Developer or Lead.
• Demonstrable expertise in C#, the .NET framework, and ASP.NET MVC, including a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex microservices architectures.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including database design, query optimization, and working with relational databases.
• Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Kubernetes, for orchestration and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality, bug-free code.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, committing to 3 days in the office per week.
