Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using the .NET framework.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment and maintenance, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement robust solutions to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance development processes and product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all projects and components.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on the .NET platform.
• Expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Profound understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and architectural styles.
• Demonstrable experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and experience in deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven capability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, make critical design decisions, and drive projects to successful completion.
