Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead and execute search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives, including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Plan, create, and manage effective pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring optimal ROI and performance.
• Oversee social media marketing efforts, developing engaging content and strategies to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
• Analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, and other digital assets, to attract and engage target audiences.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and algorithm updates to continuously refine and optimize digital marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated marketing efforts across all platforms.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.
• Demonstrable expertise in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for both organic and paid search.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and translate complex information into clear, actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
