As a key member of our marketing department, the Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will leverage your expertise to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and ultimately drive measurable results for Arna Softech.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Plan, implement, and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads, to achieve specific performance goals.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms, crafting engaging content and fostering community interaction.
• Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns, from content creation to audience segmentation and performance analysis.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including content creation and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Demonstrable experience with SEM platforms, particularly Google Ads, and a strong understanding of PPC strategies.
• Solid understanding of various social media platforms and content management systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
