Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and email.
• Execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website ranking, drive organic traffic, and optimize paid advertising performance.
• Manage and grow AgriBolo's social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering a strong online community.
• Create compelling and informative content for our website, blog, social media, and email newsletters, tailored to the agricultural audience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, identifying trends and insights to optimize future strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and farmer engagement teams to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives and campaign goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new digital opportunities and stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in agricultural marketing.
• Support lead generation activities through digital channels and assist in nurturing potential customers and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience (preferably 2+ years) as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and content management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging written and visual content.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
