As a DevOps Trainer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs focused on essential DevOps methodologies and technologies. You will guide participants through complex concepts, hands-on labs, and real-world scenarios, ensuring they gain practical, job-ready skills. We are looking for someone who can make learning engaging, accessible, and impactful, fostering a deep understanding of cloud platforms and automation tools among our trainees.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update comprehensive training modules and course materials for various DevOps technologies and practices.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to individuals and groups, both online and in-person, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to trainees on practical aspects of DevOps, including cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, assignments, and practical exercises, offering constructive feedback and support.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the DevOps ecosystem, continuously integrating new knowledge into training programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand training needs and align course content with industry demands and organizational goals.
• Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and troubleshoot technical challenges faced by trainees during sessions and practical labs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience in a DevOps role, with a strong understanding of core principles.
• Demonstrable experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including practical knowledge of their services.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or instructional delivery is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of various DevOps tools and practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• A strong passion for teaching, continuous learning, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
