As a key member of our engineering team, you will primarily focus on roles such as CAD Design Engineer, Component Engineer, Application Engineer, and Design & Development Engineer within the crucial suspension system domain. Your expertise will be vital in conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing robust and innovative suspension solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of suspension system components and assemblies using advanced CAD software, with a strong emphasis on Catia.
• Conduct detailed analysis and simulation of suspension systems to ensure performance, durability, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, testing, and supply chain, to integrate design requirements and ensure seamless product development.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including 2D drawings, 3D models, and specifications, adhering to industry standards.
• Participate in design reviews, problem-solving activities, and continuous improvement initiatives for suspension system components.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for optimal product performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Support application engineering tasks, providing technical expertise and solutions for various client projects within the suspension domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience ranging from 3 to 10 years in the design and development of suspension systems or shock absorbers.
• Demonstrated expertise in CAD software, specifically with strong proficiency in Catia.
• Solid understanding of automotive suspension system principles, kinematics, and dynamics.
• Familiarity with various engineering analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
