Deputy Manager – Supply Chain Management

ProcMart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Supply Chain Management to join our rapidly growing team. As a vital part of our B2B procurement platform, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our MRO and indirect procurement processes. The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire order lifecycle, from initial customer requirements to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely adherence. You will be instrumental in identifying and resolving bottlenecks, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, and implementing initiatives to improve our supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle, from customer purchase order (PO) to final delivery, ensuring all stages are executed efficiently.
• Take full ownership of delivery adherence, proactively identifying potential delays, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective recovery actions.
• Orchestrate seamless coordination across multiple departments including Sales, Sourcing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance, as well as external Vendors and Customers.
• Diligently monitor all pending tasks, including open purchase orders, vendor confirmations, material readiness, pickups, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), dispatches, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Coordinate first-mile logistics, encompassing vehicle placement, shipment tracking, and ensuring the timely and secure movement of materials.
• Evaluate and monitor vendor delivery performance, ensuring strict adherence to committed timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee critical warehouse operations, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), efficient put-away, precise picking, meticulous packing, and timely dispatch processes.
• Actively monitor inventory ageing, identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory, and support the implementation of Min-Max inventory strategies to optimize stock levels.
• Drive adherence to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and efficiently resolve all delivery-related escalations within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Develop comprehensive operational Management Information System (MIS) dashboards, analyze key performance data, and lead initiatives for process improvement, automation, and digitization within the supply chain.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, with a strong focus on order fulfilment, delivery management, and logistics.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, inventory coordination, and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and drive change initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in the Automotive, Auto Ancillary, or Manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in developing MIS dashboards and utilizing data for strategic decision-making and process optimization.
