Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced segmentation models and campaign analytics to target specific customer groups and enhance marketing ROI.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in an analytics-focused role, ideally within business, customer, or marketing analytics.
• Proven ability in strong analytical and commercial thinking, capable of extracting meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience in developing actionable recommendations that drive business results and solve complex commercial problems.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools, including SQL and Excel; experience with statistical software or programming languages like Python or R is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
