Database & Lead Research Specialist

KYROS B2B is actively seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Database & Lead Research Specialist to join our growing team in Pune. In this pivotal full-time, in-office role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining high-quality B2B prospect databases, directly fueling our sales and demand generation efforts. As a Database & Lead Research Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and segmenting target audiences, ensuring our sales teams have the most relevant and precise information to drive successful outreach campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of scaling high-performance teams and B2B demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically build and expand targeted B2B prospect databases in alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and market strategies.
• Conduct in-depth research on companies and key decision-makers across diverse industries using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other professional sources.
• Utilize and master advanced data extraction and enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, Kaspr, ContactOut, and Cognism to gather comprehensive prospect information.
• Rigorously verify and enrich prospect data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and the inclusion of direct business contact details where legally and ethically permissible.
• Deliver clean, accurate, and verified databases on a consistent daily basis to support immediate sales and marketing initiatives.
• Implement robust data quality control measures, including deduplication processes, to maintain the integrity and usability of all databases.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to understand evolving data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead research methodologies and data management best practices within KYROS B2B.

Requirements

• 1 to 4+ years of proven professional experience in B2B lead research, database building, or similar data-focused roles.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge and hands-on experience with LinkedIn research, including advanced search techniques for identifying key decision-makers.
• Proficiency in utilizing various data extraction, enrichment, and automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, Kaspr).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and quality.
• Advanced skills in data manipulation and organization using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and consistently meet daily data delivery targets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a significant advantage.
• Experience with AI-assisted prospecting, Clay workflows, data scraping, and API integrations is highly desirable.
