Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Data Science and Machine Learning team, comprising over 40 members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
• Drive the end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of scalable AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of advanced MLOps strategies and robust ML system architectures to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability of all data products.
• Champion delivery excellence, manage project operations, and maintain strong alignment with key stakeholders across various departments.
• Spearhead the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies within the data science landscape, specifically contributing to our healthcare domain projects.
• Ensure technical leadership and foster a culture of innovation, driving the team towards achieving ambitious technical milestones.

Requirements

• A minimum of 9+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to Data Architecture, Software Engineering, or Analytics roles.
• Proven leadership experience of 2+ years, specifically leading Data Science or Machine Learning teams of 15-20 members or more.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, demonstrating a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deployment.
• Mandatory 2+ years of experience within the Healthcare domain, understanding industry-specific data challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipelines for ML models, with preferred exposure to regulatory compliance.
• Profound knowledge of scalable ML systems, MLOps practices, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively articulate complex technical concepts and manage cross-functional relationships.
