Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and deploy advanced statistical and Machine Learning models to address diverse business challenges.
• Perform in-depth data analysis, focusing on feature engineering and rigorous model validation to continuously improve accuracy and reliability.
• Proactively monitor the performance of deployed models, ensuring robust data quality and maintaining high levels of data reliability and integrity.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional business and technical teams to meticulously gather, understand, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for all developed models, including methodologies, underlying assumptions, and key results, to ensure strict governance and compliance standards.
• Integrate and harmonize data from multiple disparate sources, constructing unified and robust datasets suitable for advanced analytical and modeling tasks.
• Analyze complex data trends and patterns to generate clear, actionable business insights that inform strategic decision-making and foster innovation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive professional experience as a Data Science Engineer or in a closely related analytical and modeling role.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency in Python, coupled with a deep understanding of Data Science principles, advanced Statistics, and various Machine Learning algorithms.
• Extensive hands-on experience across the entire data lifecycle, including data exploration, feature engineering, model development, and comprehensive validation processes.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain robust Machine Learning models specifically tailored for risk assessment and predictive analytics.
• Prior experience in integrating diverse data sources to create cohesive and unified datasets for in-depth analysis.
• Essential previous hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (GenAI) models.
• Exceptional analytical, critical problem-solving, and clear communication skills, vital for successful collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
